Munch Cake for NCMA Contemporaries

Tonight we’ll be doing a special event for the NCMA Contemporaries group. This is one of the cakes we made, based on Edvard Munch’s Madonna print. Constructed from chocolate cake, ganache, elderberry buttercream, and blood orange buttercream. Special thanks to AH Peele for his help with the stencil.

      That’s why we sent it back to the art museum after the event. Carrie would have cried if we cut into it in front of her.
