Fresh Pasta

Along with all of our other tasty treats, we have been making fresh pasta as well. Fettuccine, pappardelle, tagliatelle and ravioli stuffed with fresh local ingredients. Made using fresh semolina flour and local eggs along with other flavorings like fresh herbs from the garden. If you’ve eaten pasta at Zely & Ritz in the last year, it was made by us.
